What are the lease terms?
We offer 12-month leases.
How do I apply?
In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $52 for is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application.
How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?
You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.
How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?
Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.
How much are security deposits?
Security deposits are as follows:
- Two Bedrooms: $600
- Three Bedrooms: $700
When is rent due/late?
Rent is due by the 1st of every month but is not considered late until the 4th.

What is the pet policy?
Dogs and cats are permitted with a $500 deposit and pet rent of $50/month per pet. Pets under 98 lbs. are welcome. Visit our neighborhood map for pet-friendly parks nearby.

What are your amenities?
Marina Plaza has a pool and sundeck, BBQ and picnic tables under the trees, tended courtyards, and 24-hour emergency maintenance behind it all.
What kind of parking is offered?
Yes we offer convenient on-site parking.

Do you have a resident referral program?
Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers, and family about our beautiful community. We give you $250 for resident referrals.
